Why Stay with Us

We live in Richmond, Virginia and come to Snowshoe several times a year. As we use our unit quite frequently, we want to be comfortable and as a side effect, you will be comfortable too. We've added a DVD player and stereo system to the unit for your enjoyment as well as other amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A number of movies, everything from blockbusters to indies, are also available.

We maintain our unit to Snowshoe's Gold rating, which identifies the best-maintained units at each property. The best part of this fact is that you don't pay any more for this rating! So why would you pay the same, for less?

Our unit also has a small kitchenette, with a fridge, range and microwave oven. Many other units in the village of the same size and rating do not come with the range. Therefore, if you are on a budget, or are the next Emeril, cooking in your room is a real option. A wide variety of cookware is available for your convenience.

All this is on top of the typical amenities that you come to expect. Linen and towel service, extra blankets, cable TV, Internet, hair dryer, toiletries, iron and ironing board, luggage rack and much, much more are all available for your convenience.

Finally, are you looking for that awesome sunset view of the mountains while you kick back in front of a fire? Yep, we got it and it's fantastic!
